The Ponte Romana in Silves exceeded my expectations in every way. The beds were solid and comfortable, and the bedding and towels were changed daily. The location was excellent, with a short walk taking us straight into the center of Silves where there were plenty of great restaurants. The roof terrace offered fantastic views of the city and castle, accompanied by the ambiance of live music from the cafes below. The recently renovated property was clean and inviting, with simple rustic furnishings that added to the charm. The breakfast provided a lovely varied choice with freshly made scrambled eggs and delicious breads and pastries.
